Transfer to your North base (Candolim or Calangute keeps options open). Swim, nap, walk the beach at golden hour. Dinner near your hotel. No Fort Aguada on day one if you landed after 2pm.

Beach morning, Old Goa afternoon
Morning swim. After lunch, hire a driver to Old Goa: Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. Back by sunset for a shack dinner. Skip Fontainhas if heat is high; save energy for seafood.

Book a morning water-sports slot near Calangute if seas are calm. Or Anjuna Saturday market when it runs. Keep the last afternoon free for packing and the airport transfer you already booked.
